Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it.
Please remember that we sell preloved antique and vintage items and all will have signs of wear or use. If, after viewing the photographs of an item, you have any queries regarding the items condition, please contact Gary for any further information that you may require before placing your order. If needed, we are happy to supply more photographs of the item via email. We do not, under any circumstances, forward items on approval.

Due to our location returns can only be accepted if sent via a Royal Mail tracked and insured service. Please note that no other UK courier offers a door to door tracked service for our location. Returns sent by any courier other than Royal Mail are sent solely at the customers risk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
